We work hard to provide a high standard of accommodation for vulnerable people who need support. The accommodation is often bespoke and adapted to Tenants needs. To make the best use of our homes Local Authorities are responsible for nominating Tenants to our properties and for ensuring that they have a support package to enable Tenants to live independently.

We use the most secure type of Tenancy Agreement that we can. Most of our Tenants have Assured Tenancies.

Local authorities normally appoint a Support Provider to work with our Tenants to provide them with the support and care that they need to live independently. Housing Management responsibilities are often shared between us and the support provider to ensure that the service is comprehensive and seamless.

We recognise that our Tenants needs change over time and carry out adaptations to enable Tenants to stay in their homes. Read Jan's story.

We put our Tenants at the heart of what we do and by listening to them and involving them in decision making we provide the services that they want to the standard that they want. Add link to TP bit on Tenant Zone

We recognise that many of our Tenants have special requirements and to meet those needs we have a very responsive repair service. We try and fix the problem quickly and minimise the number of visits it takes to carry out a repair. Appointments are always offered and we phone to check that the repair was carried out on time and check that it fixed the problem. We carefully select our contractors to ensure that they provide a good service that is value for money. All our properties have a Getting Things Fixed File which tells Tenants about how to report a repair and what they can expect from us when they report it.
