Support Provider Service Standards

 

 

We will enter into a Service Agreement with the Support Provider clearly outlining respective roles and responsibilities.

 

 

We will monitor the standards of both our housing management service to tenants and the housing management service provided to tenants by the Support Provider through an annual housing management review of each property.
