Performance
We monitor our performance and report to our Board of Management on a quarterly basis via the Chief Executive Report. Here we look at key areas of the Business including compliance , business growth, Customer, our people & Financial performance reporting against a set of key performance indicators.

So that we can continually improve our services to our stakeholders we regularly obtain feedback from tenants, Local Authorities and Support Providers. We also target key stakeholders for feedback using an anonymous annual web-based survey.

First Choice Housing Association is pleased to announce that the Welsh Government Housing Regulation Team have issued a new judgement .
